Connecting with the group
Making virtual eye contact with other members of the group
News and Distractions
Bringing in anything outside of the group which is taking our attention away from what is happening inside of the group.
News: Information from outside of the group
Distractions: Something on our mind that is distracting us. Distractions are named with bare facts and feelings.
Work
We join on what we have in common and play to integrate our differences.
At the beginning, the floor is open.
After a person has shared, the next person reflects the previous person to their satisfaction before sharing.
If the speaker would like to bring in a difference (instead of a join), they can check out with the group whether they are ready for a difference
Silent Subgroup
Time for anybody who hasn't shared or any voices that haven't been heard to speak up.
Surprises & Learnings
Surprises, learnings, satisfactions, dissatisfactions, discoveries and next steps
Things we would like to bring in from our experience of the work section of the group
Force Fields
Goals - Goals we would like to achieve in the group
Driving forces - Forces in the group (within myself or other members) that are bringing us closer to a goal
Restraining forces - Forces in the group that are keeping us from reaching a goal
Money
A period of time to discuss money in the group.
Game Master Debriefing
Every game has a game master who helps guide the group in the process.
Game master debriefing is a chance to give feedback on the game mastering of the game, and discuss game mastering in general.
