GDPR

Data protection is an important topic that is unfortunately often neglected.

We collect and process the following data:

when visiting our website:

When you visit our website, no personal data is collected by default, i.e. You can visit our website anonymously as long as you do not log in or enter personal data on our website.

Tracing back to a specific person is neither possible nor desirable.

Legal basis: GDPR, Art. 6 Para. 1 b (required to carry out pre-contractual measures)

for newsletter registration:

When you register for our newsletter, we save your e-mail address, the time of registration and the data of the double opt-in procedure (confirmation
e-mail or call up the confirmation link). The storage takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent when registering for the newsletter.

This data is only used to send the newsletter and, if necessary, to provide evidence of newsletter registration.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter or withdraw your consent at any time. We will then no longer send our newsletter to you. To do this, it is sufficient to call up the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or send an informal message, e.g. by email or contact form. The legality of the data processing that has already taken place up to the point of revocation remains unaffected.
After unsubscribing or revoking your consent, we will block the processing of your newsletter registration data. However, in order to still be able to prove the original registration afterwards, the newsletter registration data will remain stored until the limitation period and will then be deleted.
Legal basis: GDPR, Art. 6 Para. 1
